Refund/Cancellation Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, this means unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your order number.

You will be required to pay return postage for an item unless it arrives damaged or faulty in which case we will require photographic evidence.
Original postage costs will not be refunded unless an item is damaged/faulty. The original delivery cost will be deducted and not refunded - this is to cover our initial delivery fee and the processing of the return

If you wish to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible, if you order has not yet been shipped we can refund you. However if it has been dispatched you will be charged the delivery cost.
If we have to cancel your order for any issues on the customers side an admin fee of £1.00 will be deducted.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.​
Faulty/damaged items
Please inspect the items upon receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If this has happened please take a photo immediately of the broken product and packing.
(WE MUST HAVE THIS FOR ANY REFUND TO BE CONSIDERED)

We take photos of each order before dispatch, and can provide photographic evidence of the contents of the order.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
If you wish to exchange you will be required to pay the postage each way. Please ask if you have any questions before you purchase.
Ball Policy
Although we have tested other branded balls, the best fit are our own balls, these are tested to make sure they fit before dispatch. If you provide your own ball and encounter fitting issues we cannot be held accountable. We will not offer a refund if your own ball does not fit in the Throw N Go (It has been designed for tennis balls and we check all products before we dispatch them with our own tennis balls, which we offer at £1.50) We also sell many other balls such as Chuckit.

We can only GUARANTEE that the balls sold through our website will fit your Throw N Go.

We CANNOT guarantee that any other manufacturer's balls will fit, even if there are pictures of those balls on our website.

This comes down to other manufacturers being able to slightly alter their sizing and also we cannot be held responsible for their quality assurance checks on sizing.

Every Throw N Go is checked for sizing against the tennis balls we stock. We guarantee that these balls fit and will be held by our product. If you purchase a Throw N Go and your balls does not fit and it is not one provided by us, we cannot be held responsible for your ball falling out and also we will not provide a replacement.

If you purchase a Throw N Go with a ball that we provide and you have fitting problems then we will do everything possible to resolve your issue.

If we deem that a replacement will be sent out then we will implement our Break The Mold scheme. We will require evidence that the product has been damaged or destroyed beyond use prior to the replacement being
Shipping T&C's
We ship with Royal mail on a tracked 48 service, we cannot be held accountable for any delays as per Royal Mails T&C's they cannot guarantee the service will be on time but they try their best to deliver their service.
If you use the incorrect mail option you may be charged an admin fee of £1.00. Standard shipping is £4.00 as a TNG does not fit through a letter box it is send as a small parcel
If your parcel is delayed we are unable to investigate with the courier until 10 working days has passed. As this is a tracked service, please refer to your tracking number for update, this is sent in your dispatch email.
